The second half of the Barclays Premier League season
promises to be a most exciting affair with Manchester United going for a
record third consecutive Premiership Title and Chelsea determined to
topple them from the top spot.
In the EUFA Championship Manchester United will be
endeavouring to put the defeat in last year's final to Barcelona well
behind them and win back the Champions League Trophy. Chelsea will be
hoping to land the trophy that has so far eluded them and Liverpool and
Arsenal will also want to progress further in the competition than last
season.
After qualifying so convincingly from the group stages
for the 2010 FIFA World Cup England, under the leadership of Fabio
Capello, will be looking forward to the Finals in South Africa this
summer.
